30 Days to Decide
We have a 30-day return policy, which means if you change your mind for any reason, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving the original order.
Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages once they are in the hands of our shipping carriers. Packages marked delivered for more than 45 days are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
We understand that things don't always work out. So to start a return, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We'll email you a return label immediately, and the cost of the label will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. Using the label we supply will be the most economical option for you as we get a commercial discount on our labels - which is cheaper than if you were to ship the return back to us yourself (yes, we're looking out for you).
Refunds/exchanges will be processed once we receive your items and will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please note that we will not be able to refund original shipping costs for both domestic and international orders.
Free Exchanges (U.S. Orders Only)
Exchanges are free. Contact us at email@example.com to receive a return label at no charge. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For international customers, return shipping fees for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
