Shipping policy
U.S. ORDERS
At Sud Scrub, we offer free shipping on all US orders over $19.
Once an order is placed, the orders are usually shipped out in 1-2 business days and should arrive at your door within 2-10 business days. Standard business days are Monday to Friday, excluding any holidays.
Please note that once a package is in the hands of any of our shipping carriers, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. However, please still email us at support@sudscrub.com. We understand that things happen and will do our best to make sure you're taken care of.
Packages marked delivered for more than 45 days are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping to our international customers. Shipping fees will be calculated accordingly at checkout. Please note that original shipping costs will not be available for refunds.
International orders are usually shipped out on the next business day. However, shipping times may vary depending on the shipping service you choose at checkout. For the best service, please choose expedited shipping as these services are guaranteed.
Please note for international orders, the receiver is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by their country's customs.
